Commercial Services
We always advise that our commercial customers be serviced at least once per month. Our specializations include restaurants and major commercial enterprises. If your facility is audited or inspected by SQF, BRC, AIB, ASI, YUM, SILLIKER, COOK AND THURBER, USDA, FDA, or any other program provider, X-Terminators has the tools to exceed their expectations with our digital reporting and barcode scanner system, but we are not limited to one type of commercial account. We have an extensive list of references, including workplaces, daycares, restaurants, warehouses, multifamily dwellings, etc. We also provide after-hours services for accounts that provide us with a key. Our service cannot be surpassed. During our normal business hours, our emergency response time is often within a few hours of receiving a call and is never more than 24 hours.
Residential Services
Our residential accounts should be serviced at least once every three months, according to our recommendations. One-time services are always guaranteed for 30 days. Bed bug treatments are one of our areas of expertise and can be performed at a low cost. Do not delay in reporting a problem, since this could increase the amount of time it takes for the service to exterminate the pest. Our emergency response time within normal business hours is as little as 24 hours, making our service unrivaled.
We offer many different levels of services such as, one time, weekly, bimonthly, monthly, quarterly, semi annual and annual.
